By using World Price Atlas (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. Template notice: review with counsel and insert your legal entity and governing-law jurisdiction before launch.

1. The Service

We provide crowdsourced cost-of-living and price information. All data is provided "as is", as estimates only, and is not financial, investment, relocation or travel advice. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Contributions

When you submit prices, you confirm they are genuine observations and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, aggregate, publish and distribute them as part of the dataset. Do not submit false, unlawful or infringing content. We may flag, exclude or remove submissions and moderate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping or automated access except via the API with a valid key.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or breach the Service.
• No unlawful, abusive, infringing or misleading use.
• Respect API rate limits and plan entitlements.

5. API & data licensing

The free tier is for personal, non-commercial use and requires attribution to World Price Atlas. Paid plans permit commercial use within their limits. Bulk redistribution or resale of the dataset requires a separate license — see Pricing.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms, suspend accounts that breach them, and discontinue features. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
